No Previous Experience is Needed!!
There is no cost to join the Central Piedmont Skydivers, however, activity fees are required to skydive. You must be in good standing, enrolled and have student insurance with CPCC to join.
Want to jump? Here's what to do:

First, read about the two different types of jumps that are available to first time skydivers, and decide which one is for you.

Check our calendar to see when our upcoming skydiving trips will be, and decide when you'd like to go.

Attend one of our information sessions to learn everything you might want to know about skydiving and our club.

Check the price of the type of jump you want to do. Take a deep breath. Decide if you still want to do it. You do.

Decide whether or not you want to get a video video (taken by another skydiver in freefall) for the cost of the camera flyers ride to jump altitude. Usually 20.00 bucks or less. It's worth it.

Decide when you want to arrive at the drop zone. You must be there by 8:00 am for AFF jumps, and preferably before 11:00 am for tandem jumps. It's about a three hour drive from Charlotte to the dropzone (in Parkton, NC), so plan to leave early.
